Position Description 

Dow Jones is looking for a Jersey City-based senior writer/columnist to write, with insight and authority, about the issues affecting investment banking for a new product combining targeted news, analysis and commentary with innovative tools for investment bankers around the world.

Position Requirements 

Experience in the financial services arena would be a distinct advantage. Strong writing and analytical skills and an ability to comment on a broad range of topics relevant to members of the investment banking community, particularly on M&A, are a must. A background writing daily or weekly columns, while not necessary, could be helpful. Comfort with technology and the Web – Excel, RSS feeds, blogs, networking sites – is desirable.
